Club League will notify all applicants of their final application status.

If your application is accepted you will receive an email link to pay your franchise fee and to sign your contract. Your payment and contract links will expire at midnight on 28-January.

If your application is selected as an alternate selection you will be notified of your alternate status and priority. If an accepted applicant fails to complete their onboarding process then you will receive a separate email with a link to pay your franchise fee and to sign your contract.

If your application is not accepted you will be notified and will receive priority consideration for the 2026 season. You will not need to re-apply.
